Your satisfaction is guaranteed! For returns or exchanges, please contact our office within 10 days of receipt at 866.535.3835 to receive a Return Authorization # (RA#). Returns due to defective or damaged merchandise will be handled at no additional cost to you. We will issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise from you (i.e. we are paying for freight to return it) and we will send replacement merchandise immediately. Please include documentation of your order with the merchandise you are returning (order confirmation, packing slip, etc.) as well as a reason for your return. For your convenience, a Return Form is included with every shipment. First quality returns, however, including but not limited to doesn't fit well, don't care for or changed mind, must be shipped back to Blue Fuel by the buyer and must be received at Blue Fuel within 30 days of initial receipt. Blue Fuel will credit the buyer in full excluding freight through the original payment method. If a replacement item is requested, the buyer will be charged for the new item plus freight.
